Do you have any supplement samples that I can try?

    • Unfortunately, we don’t give out samples of supplements. The reason for this is that our products are best used over a period of several weeks if you want to see serious results. So a small sample would not reflect the full effectiveness of the supplements.

However, we do offer a money-back guarantee on all of our supplements, so you can try our products risk-free, safe in the knowledge that you can get a full refund if you find that they are not for you.

Is this website secure?

    • Yes, it is. Your connection to this website is 256-Bit encrypted and to be able to accept payments we’re bound by strict security policies.

Our servers are PCI-DSS compliant (more info on this here), a high-security certification process that’s reviewed annually.

Furthermore, we do not store payment card data on our servers.

Payment options

    • You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card such as Visa, Maestro or MasterCard. You can also use PayPal for a quick and easy check-out.

If you wish to pay using a credit card that isn’t natively supported by this website, such as American Express, please use the PayPal button. You’ll then be able to use your card, either through your PayPal account or by using the guest checkout.

I’ve placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email.

    Not to worry, just get in touch we can re-send you your order confirmation. Be sure to check your spam folder first though, just in case it managed to sneak into there.

I have received a faulty/damaged item. What should I do?

    Hopefully this will never happen. We always check our products for quality before shipping them out, but should you feel something is amiss then please email us straight away and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

You have sent me the wrong item/there is an item missing from my order. What should I do?

    Hopefully this won’t ever happen, but mistakes are sometimes made. Just send us an email explaining what you received and what you actually ordered so we can resolve the issue.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee on supplements?

    • We do. We put a lot of time and effort into creating our supplements and ensuring that they contain only the best quality ingredients that assist you on hitting your health and fitness targets. So we’re naturally confident that our supplements will work for you, and we want you to be able to try them risk-free.

If, however, you try one of our supplements and find that they aren’t for you, then send us an email so that we can kick-start the refund process.

Please note that whilst we do provide a full refund, this is dependent on only one bottle being opened from your order. If you order more than one bottle, please don’t open more than one at a time, as this will nullify any refund that you would be entitled to.

To protect us from fraud, this guarantee is only valid for first-time purchases of a product, and is only redeemable during the first 60 days after purchase.

Delivery

How much is UK delivery?

    We offer free delivery on all UK orders. No need to do anything with postage at the checkout, if you’re in the UK the free delivery will automatically be applied.

How much is International delivery (delivery outside of the UK)?

    Delivery outside of the UK is calculated automatically at the checkout, as this naturally varies depending on which country you are located in.

Do you deliver worldwide?

    • Whilst we do deliver worldwide, there are some countries we are unable to deliver to.

At present, we only deliver to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States.

When will my order be dispatched?

    • Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after midday, or on a weekend or Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the next working day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

    • For UK delivery, you can typically expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days.

For International delivery, this can naturally take a few days longer depending on which country you are in. You can follow your order’s progress with the tracking number we send you once your order is dispatched.

Can I track my order?

    You can. Once we have processed your order and sent it out for shipping we will send you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on when it is likely to arrive.

Will I be charged any customs & import fees?

    • In most cases, probably not, though this isn’t a guarantee.

As all orders are shipped from the UK, you may be subject to import fees upon delivery to certain countries – please check with your local authority on the matter. If you have bought and imported similar items from other retailers in the past, your previous experience will likely apply here.

If you are charged additional fees and should you decline to pay, your parcel will be returned to us. Once it is back with us we’ll refund your money and cancel the order. A shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

    • We are happy to refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery if you are not 100% satisfied with an item. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Unless you are returning a product because of an error on our part, return postage is to be paid by the customer.

Apparel items must be returned in the same condition as they were received in.

Supplements may by returned opened (one bottle only) within 60 days. Please see the money-back guarantee section above for full details.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

    As soon as we receive your returned item(s) we will reverse your original payment and send you an email to confirm the refund has been completed.
