To place an order:
- Add the products you want on our website to your basket.
- Ensure you select the correct size before adding the items to your basket.
- Once you have added all items you would like to purchase, proceed to checkout
- You must provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately.
- Review the order before you complete the purchase.
- Submit your order and you will receive a confirmation via the email address you provided at checkout.
2.2: ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by Gun Club Ltd. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:
- If Products are shown on the Website but are not available;
- If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment;
- If shipping restrictions apply to a Product;
- If Products shown on the Website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described;
- Suspected fraudulent activities.
2.3: ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because we start to process your order soon after it is submitted, it may not possible to cancel your order before you have received it. If this is the case, you will need to return your goods, following the returns and refunds procedure outlined below.
3: QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
Minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. Gun Club Ltd is not liable for these variations and deviations.
Gun Club Ltd draws your attention to the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the Products. Gun Club Ltd is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of Products, including handling contrary to the instructions.
4: PRICE AND CURRENCY
All prices shown on the Website are in Great British Pound (GBP). Currency conversions for international orders may take place, depending on your bank. Gun Club Ltd has no control over currency conversion rates and is not liable for any additional fees charged by your bank.
The stated prices include VAT (20% Value Added Tax).
Gun Club Ltd reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards and the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion.
5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders made on the Gun Club Ltd website are dispatched from Lincoln, UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.
We aim to despatch orders on the same day as outlined on our Delivery Times page. However, due to fluctuation in order volumes this is not always possible.
Any international orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are completely out of our control.
Gun Club Ltd cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following;
Any incorrect customer details, customs clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
6: EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Exchanges
First-time supplement purchases are covered by our 60-day guarantee. This guarantee requires there be only one opened bottle (for multiple bottle orders) and all of the supplement, including the opened bottle, are returned within 60 days of purchase. Repeat supplement orders are ineligible for return unless the item is received damaged.
For clothing items, we offer exchanges for a period of 14 days after delivery. Please contact us to let us know of your exchange details.
You can exchange the same item for a different size. If you want a different item please place a new order and send your unwanted items back for a refund.
Exchanges are usually processed within 7 days of us receiving them. Standard delivery times then apply.
During busy periods please allow for an extra 5 working days.
Refunds
For clothing items we offer refunds for a period of 14 days after delivery. Please contact us to let us know you’re sending something back.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned item(s). Please allow an extra 7 days for your bank to make the funds available to you.

Refusal Rights
We reserve the right to deny processing any returns that are not received to our returns address, we therefore request you use a Tracked and/or Signed For Service back to our returns address.
We reserve the right to deny processing any returns received after 30 days of you receiving your order. Your returned item(s) will then be sent back back to your shipping address.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any of the following reasons: An item has been worn/used, washed, is without tags/original packaging, is dirty/scented or covered in hair.

All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on Gun Club Ltd products, product packaging and/or on the Website, whether registered or not (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of Gun Club Ltd Ltd.
